In November 2009, Maggie Chamberlin was nominated by multiple business owners for the Small Business Person of the Year Award; however, she respectfully declined due to her participation on the selection panel, as a Chamber board member.

Ms. Chamberlin also sits on the Chamber of Commerce at Anthem's board of directors, as the Technology Director. Since 2003, Maggie has been responsible for the Chamber Web site and its online promotion. She also prepares and distributes the bi-monthly eNewsletter, plans special and seasonal events, and designs and produces digital and print collateral, as necessary. She also supports the Business Profile committee for ImagesAZ Magazine.

Local Organizations & Charities We Support

Daisy Mountain Veterans
Since the inception of the Daisy Mountain Veteran's parade in 2004, Maggie and Ryan Chamberlin have been active supporters. From donating the web site to volunteering countless hours working in event staging to creating advertisements to financial contributions. Xfactor feels very luck to be part of such a wonderful community event.

Back to School Clothing Drive
Since 2006, Maggie has proudly supported the Back to School Charity through financial contributions or giving time. In 2009, Maggie was happy to help setup the "shopping" center for the 4,500+ children that came to get their school supplies and clothes; and she also helped gather silent auction items for the charity's October fundraising event.

Foothills Food Bank
Ryan and Maggie Chamberlin give to the food bank on a consistent base and adopt a family of 5+ each holiday season. The Chamberlin's feel very luck that they are in a position to help local families in need.

Salvation Army
Each holiday season you are sure to find Maggie ringing the bell in front of a local grocery store - it's a life changing experience, we suggest you try it. You will never snub a holiday bell ringer again and it helps lighten your heart in a time of nuttiness.

Team W.I.S.H. Arizona
Maggie's sister and friend both have breast cancer, it is Maggie's sincerely wish to help as many women as she can. Xfactor regularly donates to Susan G. Komen and Maggie walks in the Ironwood walk to help raise money for Team Wish.

Anthem Young Professional Kiwanis
First female charter member for the club dedicated to serving children in our community.

Boulder Creek High School
Xfactor sponsors activities at BCHS, in 2009 Maggie volunteered to work registration for all 4 grades over two days.
